With ISSTronc, all tronc revenues are documented by video recording and stored in an automatically generated report.
Before the money is put into the Tronc box, the money must be placed on the predefined area next to the Tronc box.
It is clearly captured there by a camera.
Now a button has to be pressed next to the Tronc box, whereupon the event "Tronc" is triggered.
As soon as the LED lights up on the Tronc button, the money can be sunk into the Tronc box.
Thus, the complete documentation of the process is secured and the witness situation is completely replaced by the camera.
The complete process is stored as a report with a camera image and the video link and can therefore be tracked by the tax office, for example.
This documentation also protects staff, as the contents of the till can be checked at any time should any doubts arise.
