The Check-in Detective assists you in the task of determining the personal details of a guest whose appearance you are familiar with.

Procedure
Using filters for personal data recorded at reception, such as gender, age and estimated time of entry, CheckIn Detective provides you with the names of potential guests and the images stored from your video material for the corresponding entry process.

This means you no longer have to spend hours searching through video recordings; instead, you can simply view the relevant admission processes for a few seconds. Once you have found your target person, their full personal details, which are stored in the reception database, are displayed to authorised persons after an additional login.
