ISS – Intelligent Slot Surveillance
ISS acts as the interface between the slot machine online system and the video system for controlling PTZ cameras. All activities, such as the removal of cash boxes, are recorded by one or more PTZ cameras.
The machine data, such as the payout amount and the corresponding camera images, are stored and summarised in individual and collective reports.
Thanks to this detailed record of essential operations at the vending machines and in the cash fields, a constant presence of the financial revision is no longer necessary.
This means that it can be replaced by regular audits.
For each slot machine and for any event type, such as "Maindoor open" or "Hand Payout", cameras and their presets can be stored.In the "Maindoor Open" event, the picture detail must be selected, for example, in such a way that you can see the entire slot machine. On the other hand, in the case of an error message, the cameras must be aligned in such a way that they capture the entire screen of the slot machine. In case of a payout, the cutout must be selected so small that the credits are easily legible. Every event in your
Online system allows you to assign a specific priority.
In this way, you can ensure that more important events such as 'Maindoor open' with priority 'one' are recorded, but fewer important events such as a 'hand payout' are only then available when 'free' cameras are again available, e.g. with priority 'two'.
ISS thus enables detailed monitoring of all slot machines with only a few PTZ cameras.
To ensure the same quality of monitoring, you usually need at least three fixed cameras per slot machine.
This results in savings in investment and maintenance costs. If slot machines are changed, only the camera presets have to be changed and new "learned".
A special cash viewer is available for the payouts.
With this, the cashier can prepare the payout and deposit in the cash register, select one or more good and sharp images of the cameras on the slot machine that show the payout amount and then complete the process.
The whole process requires only a few clicks. The images selected in the viewer are inserted into the corresponding PDF detail report.

ISS Tronc | Revenue documentation
With ISSTronc, all tronc revenues are documented by video recording and stored in an automatically generated report.
Before the money is put into the Tronc box, the money must be placed on the predefined area next to the Tronc box.
It is clearly captured there by a camera.
Now a button has to be pressed next to the Tronc box, whereupon the event "Tronc" is triggered.
As soon as the LED lights up on the Tronc button, the money can be sunk into the Tronc box.
This ensures that the entire process is fully documented, and the need for witnesses is completely replaced by the camera. The entire process is saved as a report containing the camera image and a video link, and can therefore be reviewed by the tax office, for example.
This documentation also protects staff, as the contents of the till can be checked at any time should any doubts arise.

ISS Videolink
Establishes a link between ISS PDF reports and the video system.
Various camera timestamps are displayed as hyperlinks in the ISS PDF report.
Using ISS Videolink, these hyperlinks can be clicked to jump to the corresponding point in the video viewer for the selected camera.

Peye TEval
PEye TEval offers unique integration with various video systems.
We currently support video systems from Milestone Systems, Dallmeier Electronic, NiceVision FAST and Geutebrück.
On request, we are also able to connect other video systems.
The video system allows disputes to be investigated in a matter of seconds.
For example, if two guests claim the same chip, all you need to do in our search software is select the gaming table and one of the previous coups (date, time, winning number).
The video system then displays the relevant scene at exactly that moment. Images from predefined camera groups can be displayed simultaneously.
This function is also available for other events, such as ‘cash exchange’, ‘unauthorised interference with the roulette wheel’ and ‘staff change’.
When using PEye ISSTable, all recorded incidents are also listed, so that they can be researched with one click.
Increasing the level of safety

The following functionalities ensure a much higher level of safety than before:
Automatic positioning of PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras during events.
Possibility of detailed video recordings at the gaming table, which are not possible with fixed cameras.
Example 1: New winning number – the PTZ camera is trained on the board and zooms in on the winning number so that the selected numbers are clearly visible in close-up.
Example 2: Cover of the wheel is removed – the PTZ camera is positioned over the wheel.
Example 3: A guest or the dealer engages in the wheel while the ball is running – PTZ camera is positioned on the wheel
Example 4: Bill is rejected by the acceptor – the PTZ camera is positioned on the acceptor so you can see what happens to the rejected bills
In conjunction with the KSoft software:
Recording of predefined events In “KSoft”, a new button called “incidents” is unlocked. This displays up to 14 buttons that can be assigned the functions you require, such as “guest announcement”, “guest’s chip falls into the pile” or “unclear winning chip"
These events can be used to position PTZ cameras. For each event, it is possible to specify whether a call should additionally be triggered via the call system and whether the event should be commented on. If necessary, a video search can then be made for an unclear winning chip with "PEye TEval" and a corresponding comment can be added in the software "PEye AlarmTool".
Optional sound recordings
Statements from dealers or table supervisors are recorded as long as the speaking key is pressed, e.g. Repeat a late announcement shortly before bulletfall, which can no longer be exposed (as evidence).
Find guest data easily
Check-in Detective
The CheckIn Detective helps you to determine the personal details of a guest who you only know visually.
With the filters for the personal data collected at the reception, such as gender, age and presumed admission time, the CheckIn detective provides you with the names of the eligible guests and the images from your video material stored for the corresponding admission process.
So it is no longer necessary to search video recordings for hours, but you only have to watch the relevant admission processes for a few seconds.
Once you have found your target person, the full personal details stored in the reception database will be displayed to the authorized persons against an additional login.

LogViewer
Using LogViewer, which we have developed in-house, all
log data from Milestone XProtect Corporate can be retrieved and viewed.
This provides a clear overview of which individuals used your video system during which period, and which live feeds or playback sequences were accessed.
This enables you to meet both the requirements of the works council and the disclosure obligations under the Federal Data Protection Act.
