Discrete optical call indication
The CallDisplay is a tablet with a visual display and touchscreen that can be configured as a "receiver" or a "transmitter" and "receiver" as required.
The displays working as "recipients" can be placed discretly, but still clearly visible to all employees, in the gaming areas, bars or checkout areas of the casino.
The functionality of the "CallDisplay" is as follows:
As long as no call is received, you can see a graphic on the "recipient display", e.g. the logo of the casino.
If a call is received, the display shows where the message comes from (e.g. table AR1, bar, checkout 2).
At the same time, a colored light signal lights up, which stands for the responsible employee group. Light signals are available for up to four employee groups. If, for example, two employee groups are responsible, two differently colored light signals light up on the display. The responsible employee must acknowledge the alarm by touching the corresponding light signal on the touchscreen.
The receipt of a call can also be indicated by an audible signal.
If a call (alarm) is made at the same time in further places (e.g. bar, gaming table), a further field opens for each further sender. Depending on the size of the display, up to four or six fields are possible.

The dealer triggers an alarm via the table keyboard.
The responsible person or group of people will then be notified by phone without the guests noticing.
The notification takes place automatically in the form of synthetic text modules, such as "Come to table one".
The competent person must acknowledge the alarm by numerical input.

The CallButton button can be operated by simply pressing a button and can be installed discreetly anywhere.
The perfect solution for managing alarms at the most important points of your business, such as gaming tables, cash desks or service areas.
A set switch-off duration can be set and automatically ends the call for the defined duration.
